Raggamuffin - Book Now & Pay Later

For the first time ever, RAGGAMUFFIN and Ticketmaster will allow fans of New Zealand's biggest reggae event to book their tickets now and pay later.
The event, to be held at Rotorua's International Stadium on 27 and 28 January 2012, annually attracts around 30,000 people to enjoy the world's hottest international reggae, roots, RnB and hip-hop artists. To make things a little easier on the pocket, Raggamuffin has introduced an easy-pay option. This will allow concert-goers to pay off their Earlybird tickets in instalments. This option is available from http://www.ticketmaster.co.nz now.
"We know how much New Zealanders love Raggamuffin and we want to make it as accessible as we can for everyone," says promoter Andrew McManus. "Times are tough but that doesn't mean we can't have fun if we budget for it."
If budget isn't an issue and you fancy doing Raggamuffin in style, VIP packages are now on sale. There are two options - the VnC Cocktails VIP Lounge and the Coruba Gold Lounge. These usually sell out in a flash so check out http://www.raggamuffin.co.nz for details and book before it's too late.
The 2012 5th anniversary event will feature Ali Campbell's UB40, Grammy Award winning artist Billy Ocean, son of reggae legend and now star in his own right Marvin Priest, US reggae group Big Mountain, The Wailers' Junior Marvin and Lucky Dube's daughter Nkulee Dube. Joining our hot line-up of international artists on the main stage are Kiwi groups Kora and Three Houses Down. And because fans have asked for more Kiwi artists, we'll be getting that. House Of Shem, Cornerstone Roots, Sons Of Zion, Sweet & Irie, Tomorrow People, Soljah, NRG Rising and Foundation will all be part of our 5th anniversary event as will DJs Sir-Vere, Poroufessor and Beau Zee.
2012 will be the greatest Raggamuffin event yet, delivering festival-goers over 12 hours of great reggae, dancehall and funk with a dash of RnB and hip hop, with two stages and twice as many artists than ever before. The 5th birthday party will begin on Friday night at 7pm with the Mai FM Party on the Second Stage, Field 2. It will be a mix of bands and DJs plus the night market. Tickets $40pp or you can include your Mai FM Party ticket with your Earlybird festival pass for $139.
