Rhythm & Vines 2011 Line-Up

Wait no longer! Rhythm and Vines, New Zealand's award-winning festival, is back with a massive three-day line-up to help you bring in the New Year this December.

Delivering the best of electro, dubstep, hip hop, D&B, dance and indie pop, Rhythm and Vines 2011 will play host to an international line-up including Pendulum, Calvin Harris, Cut Copy, Grandmaster Flash, Yuksek, Netsky, Foreign Beggars, Busy P, 12th Planet and A.Skillz.

Local talent joining them at the Gisborne festival will include Kids Of 88, Six60, David Dallas, Homebrew and Ruby Frost, while the Red Bull Music Academy features hot new talent from around the globe.

Stay tuned for news about more R&V artists to be announced late September.

After the success of last year's sell-out festival and a killer line-up on the cards, organizer Hamish Pinkham says this year's festival is shaping up to be a biggie.

And with an unprecedented 13,500 tickets already sold through pre-sales, organisers expect this year's festival to sell out in record time.

Tickets are on sale now at http://www.1-night.co.nz. A standard GA 3-day pass starts at $209, but prices will go up so make sure to get in early to get the best price.

For those after the premium R&V experience, the new Club Stolen is opening its doors. Join the rum-runners from Stolen Rum for a hedonistic haze of summer cocktails, the very best view of the main stage and food at your whim.

Simply upgrade your ticket and let Stolen Rum take care of the good times. Watch out for more details as the master plan unfolds.

Nestled amongst the rolling hills and the vines of picturesque Wai-O-Hika Estate, Gisborne, Rhythm and Vines is the first place in the world to see the sunrise and the finest location in the land for a party.

With the line-up only part of the R&V experience, camping is available onsite at R&V Campgrounds and BW Campgrounds at Waikanae Beach.

Set amidst the vines onsite at Wai-O-hika Estate, R&V Campgrounds is the ideal base for the over-20s providing a camping experience right next to the Festival action.

With three-quarters of its 2,000 campsites already sold, anyone wanting to enjoy onsite location and chilled-out daytime fun that is R&V Campgrounds should get in quick.

BW Campgrounds at Waikanae Beach is also having a record year with less than 1,500 of its 12,000 campsites left. A few sweet spots at Band Camp and Skools remain, but these are expected to sell out soon.

A festival in its own right, BW also has its own line-up of mostly local musical talent including Katchafire, MC TIKI (Tiki Taane) & Dick 'Magik' Johnson, P-Money, Bulletproof, Tim Richards, PNC and Homebrew, and from further afield, Borgore from Israel. More BW artists will be announced late August and October.

And for those who prefer a little luxury, hotel and holiday home options are available via the R&V website http://www.rhythmandvines.co.nz.

Stay tuned for more news from R&V, including additional artists to be announced late September!
